If you’re thinking of coming to the 40th celebrations the weekend after next, please register immediately – using this form. Our caterers require the final numbers in the next couple of days for the morning tea to be held on Saturday 8 February and the dinner that same evening so we need that information now. Registrations will remain open for the Friday night drinks and the Sunday morning class until a couple of days before the events.
To recap, these are the events, their times and costs:
– Friday evening, 7 February, 6pm onwards, drinks at Luna in Roslyn
– Saturday morning, 8 February, 11am, morning tea, photographs, tour of the Dunedin Chinese Garden (with special day passes valid 10am-10pm), $15 per person
– Saturday evening, 8 February, 7-11.30pm, formal dinner at Toitu Otago Settlers Museum, $70 per person
– Sunday morning, 9 February, 11am, special class at the dojo and unveiling of new black belt board
Detailed information on each event will be sent by email to everyone who has registered next week.
